CuNi Alloy

Is a type of alloy formed by adding a certain proportion of nickel and other elements to copper as a matrix. These alloys are widely used in various industrial and technical fields due to their unique properties.

CuNi Alloy

Unique Advantages:

Excellent corrosion resistance:

Especially in seawater, chloride solution and other environments, can resist pitting and crevice corrosion.

High strength and hardness:

Suitable for applications requiring large loads or pressures.

Good weldability and processability:

Easy to weld, cold working, hot working and forging, easy to manufacture complex shape parts.

High wear resistance:

Suitable for high-speed movement and high friction environment, reduce wear and fatigue damage.

Low permeability:

Very important for some applications that are sensitive to magnetic fields.

Stable electrical properties:

Such as CuNi3 alloy with stable resistance and good conductivity, low temperature coefficient.

Anti-microbial and anti-algae growth:

This makes it particularly useful in environments with prolonged exposure to water.

Needs met:

Structural parts and equipment components that need to work in harsh environments.

Requires that the material has good mechanical properties, but also must have excellent corrosion resistance.

For electrical and electronic components, stable and reliable electrical characteristics are required.

Specific applications, such as Marine engineering, require materials that are resistant to biological contamination.

Features
Protects critical components from erosion as a corrosion-resistant material.
Provides high strength support and works under high pressure or stress conditions.
Used as a conductor or electronic component to ensure the efficiency of current transmission.
Reduces wear problems caused by friction and extends service life.
Control magnetic effects to avoid unnecessary electromagnetic interference.

Common fields:

Marine engineering:

Including ship building, offshore platform construction, heat exchangers in seawater desalination plants, etc.

Chemical industry:

Used to make reaction vessels, pipes, and other equipment that comes into contact with chemicals.

Oil and natural gas extraction:

Oil well strings, submarine pipelines, etc.

Aerospace:

Structural parts and engine parts of certain aircraft.

Communication facilities:

Antenna coil core, electronic circuit transformer core, etc.

Medical equipment:

E.g. non-magnetic materials used in MRI machines.

Electric power and energy industries, such as cooling system components in nuclear and thermal power plants.
